What it should do is underline the rows it recognises and put a score pill beside each one, colour-coded by state. Hover a pill for the shopper's name, state and signals; click it to open the full profile for that row. The rows below are a deliberate mix: three hot leads, one active, one nurture, one dormant and one on file with no score at all. The other seven the dealership has never heard of, and they must stay unmarked.
